Entertainment only — not a medical device. AgeMyEars estimates a playful "ear age" from a high-frequency listening test. It is not a hearing test in the medical sense, does not diagnose any condition, and must not be used to make health decisions. If you have concerns about your hearing, consult a qualified professional.

By downloading or using the AgeMyEars iOS app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

AgeMyEars plays high-frequency tones and, based on the highest frequency you report hearing, shows a for-fun estimate and a shareable result card. Results depend on your device, headphones, volume, and surroundings and are inherently approximate.

2. No medical use; no warranty of accuracy

The App is provided for entertainment. We make no warranty that results are accurate, reliable, or fit for any purpose. The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Purchases

AgeMyEars offers a limited number of free tests. After those are used, you may buy more tests as one-time purchases: test credit packs (consumable) or Full Access (a one-time unlock for unlimited tests and hearing-age trend tracking).
There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges. Every purchase is a single charge to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Test credits are consumable: they are spent as you take tests, are tied to the device where they were purchased, and are not transferable to another device. Full Access is a non-consumable purchase and can be restored on the same Apple ID with "Restore purchases".
Viewing your result and sharing your result card are always free.
Purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA for apps. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way. Listen at a comfortable volume; do not use headphones at high volume for extended periods.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and content are owned by Tofesoft and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tofesoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on its results.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
